Our Training is based at our Exclusive Personal Training Studio in Terrigal.

  • What program is right for me?

    Depending on your goals, we will contact you to steer you in the right direction towards the right program which will get you to your health and fitness targets and to fit your budget.

  • Can I train with a friend?

    Yes, we can train 2 people at once. Times of availability may vary.

  • How do I get started?

    Simply send us an enquiry and we will book you in for an Initial Consultation to see if we can provide a solution for you.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Our session are either 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the program.

  • How much is it?

    We have a variety of programs to fit your goals and budget. Our suggestion is to contact us and we can guide you.

  • What is the duration of the programs?

    We have options if you are looking for longer term commitment or a flexible approach
