I have had weight issues all my life. I made this year's resolution to loose weight, drink less and get fitter (the usual goals) and after trying for over 6 months and not getting any results I bit the bullet and started with CCPT. I have been training with Ben for exactly 23 weeks now and i have lost over 20kgs, regained control over my eating habits and have reduced the amount of alcohol I consume. Training with CCPT over the past 4 months has been awesome!
